Our monthly members have access to unlimited group classes. Each class is 60 minutes long, and alternate between a high intensity kickboxing workout and performance-based strength and conditioning workout. The first class is always free!
For those who prefer one-on-one training, we offer 60 minute personal training sessions. Personal training is paid by the session.
James is our head coach and owner. He has been in the fitness and martial arts industry for over 9 years, and has been a certified personal trainer since 2017. Through Lion’s Den Fitness, Coach James looks to spread his passion for fitness while creating an environment that pushes the everyday athlete to reach their full potential.
